No two Paperbourne backpacks are completely identical. Each product is unique and different due to the specific properties of kraft paper. A new, unused backpack may initially be a bit stiff, but it will become softer over time with use. The longer one of our backpacks is in use, the more beautiful it becomes due to the patina.
